AI Product Design Engineer & Strategic Partner

Designing useful products with taste, systems, and AI.

I partner with founders and teams to turn early questions into useful products, clear systems, and AI workflows that keep the work moving.

What I Do

I connect product clarity with future-facing execution.

Every product moves through the same arc: a spark becomes a plan, a plan becomes something built, and what is built has to keep serving people. I work across that whole arc, concretely.

Awakening → Strategy

Clarify & Strategize

Turning a raw idea into a clear direction: positioning, product strategy, user journeys, and deciding what to build first for systems like FounderOS and ProductOS.

Creating → Building

Design & Build

Designing and shipping the real thing: flows, dashboards, onboarding, and design systems for products like LiveOps and AI SaaS Factory.

Serving → Preserving

Operate & Sustain

Keeping products alive after launch: AI workflows, automation, and the memory and context layer that holds it together, like ContinuumOS and OpsForgeAI.

Consulting Services

Practical consulting for product, AI, and digital systems.

Concrete engagements mapped to where you are in the journey: from the first spark, through building, to serving and refining what already exists.

Creating

Product & SaaS Design Consulting

UX strategy, product flow, dashboard structure, landing pages, MVP scoping, and design system planning.

Best for: founders, SaaS builders, internal tools, dashboards.
Building

AI Workflow & Automation Consulting

Mapping repetitive workflows into AI-assisted systems using agents, prompts, automations, SOPs, and approvals.

Best for: teams that want practical AI adoption.
Serving

AI Content Factory Consulting

Short-form video, scripts, voiceover, image and video generation, captions, and publishing workflows.

Best for: creators, affiliate teams, educators, content-led businesses.
Strategy

FounderOS & Product Strategy

Positioning, product idea, target users, offer structure, priorities, roadmap, and GTM direction.

Best for: early founders, MVP-stage startups, and product-led teams.
Awakening

Brand & Product Communication

Messaging, product packaging, landing page copy direction, brand system thinking, and clearer communication.

Best for: brands, SaaS products, and creators refining their positioning.
Witnessing

Design Audit & System Improvement

Reviewing products, dashboards, websites, or workflows to identify friction, inconsistency, and UX gaps.

Best for: existing products, teams, and dashboards needing a UX tune-up.
The Journey

A human journey, from awakening to boredom, and back again.

Each one is a product I imagine living at a stage of that arc: modules of Jihad+, my personal AI operating system, reaching from the smallest particle to the widest galaxy. The tools change, but the movement stays the same.

This stage is about becoming aware of the system underneath the work: the memory you need to preserve, the privacy risks you need to understand, and the founder identity that quietly shapes every decision. It is the moment before building, when clarity starts to return.

The work here is quiet but foundational. It asks what should be remembered, what should be protected, and what kind of person or company is actually making the decisions. Before the roadmap, there is orientation.

Here the journey turns into deliberate learning. Curiosity becomes a system for mastery, mentorship, teaching, and research, so knowledge does not stay scattered. It compounds into a way of seeing, making, and sharing.

Instead of collecting information endlessly, this layer turns learning into motion: what to study, how to practice, when to teach, and how to convert insight into better judgment. The goal is not more notes. The goal is usable understanding.

This stage slows the work down enough to choose well. It is where scenarios, leadership judgment, and simulations help turn vague ambition into sharper priorities before energy is spent in the wrong direction.

Strategy is treated as a living model, not a document. It maps tradeoffs, risks, timing, and second-order consequences so the next move is clearer. Good systems do not only execute. They know what deserves execution.

Creating is where ideas become usable structures: products, design flows, engineering plans, operations, data systems, content engines, games, and connected workflows. The point is not to make more things, but to shape ideas into systems people can actually use.

This is the maker layer of Jihad+: turning rough intent into prototypes, interfaces, launch plans, automations, and workflows. It keeps taste close to execution, so the output feels coherent instead of assembled from disconnected parts.

Building expands from software into the physical and infrastructural world. Robotics, manufacturing, transit, energy, materials, biology, and human-AI teams become part of the same question: how do we make things that scale without losing intention?

At this stage the system becomes heavier, more real, and more consequential. It is about turning capability into durable infrastructure: things that can be operated, maintained, improved, and trusted beyond the first exciting demo.

Serving is the phase where systems meet real people. Support, consulting, and agency work become ways to translate capability into usefulness, with enough structure to deliver consistently and enough humanity to keep the work meaningful.

The focus shifts from invention to responsibility. How does the system respond when people need help? How does it explain, guide, hand off, and improve? Service is where intelligence becomes care.

Living asks how these systems sit beside everyday life. Presence, home, social connection, play, and companionship become part of the operating system, not as noise, but as the context that makes work sustainable.

A useful system should not only optimize productivity. It should understand rhythm, energy, relationships, rest, and joy. This layer keeps technology close to life, so ambition does not quietly flatten the person building it.

Preserving turns attention toward stewardship. Energy, resources, ecosystems, climate, and the living world become systems to protect and regenerate, because useful technology should also understand what must not be depleted.

This is the long-horizon layer. It asks what the work costs, what it depends on, and what it should leave behind. The best systems are not only efficient. They are careful with the world that makes them possible.

Boredom is not emptiness here. It is the restless frontier after mastery: experiments, time, simulated worlds, artificial life, space, stars, galaxies, and the possibility that the next awakening begins where certainty runs out.

When the known path becomes too small, boredom becomes a signal. It opens the door to strange questions, speculative tools, and playful research. Some of the most important systems begin as side quests that would have looked unreasonable too early.

Witnessing is the pause that lets the whole pattern become visible. It is reflection, observability, and review: the ability to see what happened clearly enough to carry the right lessons forward.

Instead of rushing into the next build, this layer watches. It notices patterns, failure modes, emotional residue, and hidden dependencies. The system becomes wiser by seeing itself.

Feeling gives the work an emotional memory. Resonance, gratitude, and closure help mark what mattered, what changed, and what should be honored before the next cycle begins.

This keeps the journey human. The work is not only a sequence of outputs. It carries people, pressure, hope, disappointment, beauty, and cost. Naming that layer makes the next beginning cleaner.

The void is deliberate space. Nothing needs to be built here. It is a quiet return to stillness, where the system releases momentum and waits for the next real signal to appear.

This stage protects the work from becoming compulsive. No roadmap, no optimization, no forced clarity. Just enough emptiness for a better question to arrive without being chased.

Choice is where the loop becomes conscious again. Direction is selected from values, energy, and what genuinely calls for attention, so the next beginning is chosen rather than merely repeated.

The cycle can start over, but not automatically. This is where taste, context, memory, and desire meet. The next move should feel earned: clear enough to begin, alive enough to matter.

Operating Principles

The principles behind how I think, design, and build.

The same foundation that powers Jihad+: context, orchestration, and human taste, applied to every system I build.

01

Context before output

Understand the person, the goal, and the memory first. Good work starts from context, not features.

02

One system, many agents

A single living system where role-based agents, one per phase of the journey, collaborate instead of scattered tools.

03

Human taste leads AI

AI generates and accelerates, but human judgment, taste, ethics, and intention guide the work.

04

AI beside you, not instead of you

Technology should walk with people through their day, amplifying them, never replacing them.

05

Build in loops, not lines

Work moves in cycles, from awakening to boredom and back, each pass deepening the last.

06

Build with responsibility

Every product, workflow, and automation should consider the people affected by it.
